the AKHLog V3

Well, I was a little late getting online today, so I was hoping that today the PP news would be easy for me to find, rather than my usual search for an interesting topic somewhere on the board. Something like Firefall coming back and explaining what’s going on, or a new Announcement at the forums would be great, I was thinking.

I got both.

Which is actually somewhat unfortunate, since now this post is going to take as long as they usually do for me to write.

Probably longer, in fact, what with all this waffle I’m calling an introduction.

Now let’s get down to business. Over the past 5 days it’s been made pretty clear that Firefall hasn’t been online, and somewhat more noticably she was taken off the PP mod list.

Here’s what a briefly returning Firefall had to say:

Could it be that I’ve missed a notice in Firefall’s sig?

Firefall’s sig says:

“No guys, I wasn’t demoted.  I’m just far behind on schoolowork, so I’m breaking ^_^.  I’ll be back in time for the next hatching.  And to all you rule breakers, just because I’m not technically on the mod list doesn’t mean I can’t ban you.  Watch out.”

Well Dang.

And now for the next piece of news, some May 8th Changes at PP. The first change is combatting people selling adoptables (which is most definitely copyright theft):

Announcement: A few changes- May 8

And the second more upbeat piece of news is the addition of TWO new forums. Yay!

The first is a forum for unofficial user competitions (the kind you’d usually find in General Discussion) so now they have a place of their own you can’t post them elsewhere on the board. All Contest topics in General Discussion have been moved to the new forum, bringing General Discussion’s total topics down to only 533.

The second forum that’s been added is a new Dinomon Competition ending on May 18th (9 days time) - You must sprite (or draw and sprite over) the newly discovered Dinomon that the researcher describes:
